The EL84S STR Blackplate Premium from TAD belongs to the brand's new Blackplate line. These tubes have a special treatment on the plates that give them the characteristic dark color. Due to its diameter of 22.5mm, the TAD EL84S-STR does not fit into older Marshall DSL401 and UK made VOX AC15 TBX amplifiers.
